FAQs

We know every project is unique, and you might have some questions before getting started.

Video production costs in Miami vary based on project scope, crew size, location requirements, and deliverables. At Pierce Films, every project is custom-scoped — we factor in pre-production planning, on-set crew, equipment, and full post-production to build a proposal tailored to your brand's goals. We provide detailed, transparent quotes after an initial discovery call so you know exactly what to expect.

A video production company handles every stage of creating professional video content — from initial concept and scripting through filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery. At Pierce Films, we offer full-service production including creative direction, casting, location scouting, drone videography, and post-production. We work with brands, agencies, and organizations to produce commercials, brand films, event coverage, automotive content, and social media assets.

Look for a team with a strong portfolio in your industry, professional-grade equipment, and a clear production process from concept through delivery. Experience matters — ask about past clients, turnaround times, and whether they handle post-production in-house. At Pierce Films, we bring cinematic craft and producer-level discipline to every project, with experience across automotive, lifestyle, fashion, and corporate spaces for clients like Adidas, Red Bull, Aston Martin, and Fontainebleau.

Yes — Pierce Films provides FAA-certified drone videography and aerial cinematography throughout Miami and South Florida. We operate professional-grade drones for sweeping establishing shots, dynamic tracking sequences, real estate aerials, and overhead compositions. Our drone operators are fully licensed and insured for commercial operations.

Our process begins with a discovery call to understand your vision, goals, and timeline. From there, we develop a creative brief and production plan covering scripting, locations, talent, and equipment. On shoot day, our team handles all aspects of production — cameras, lighting, audio, and direction. Post-production includes editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and revisions. We keep you involved at every stage and deliver final assets optimized for your target platforms.

Yes. While our home base is Miami, FL, we regularly travel for productions across the United States and internationally. We've shot at racetracks in Europe, brand campaigns in New York, and events in Los Angeles. Our team is equipped and experienced with remote productions — we handle all logistics including travel coordination, local crew sourcing, and equipment shipping.

We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks before your desired shoot date for standard projects. Larger productions, multi-day shoots, events, or travel projects benefit from 4–8 weeks of lead time for proper pre-production planning. That said, we understand timelines can be tight — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
